This 4 bedroom detached villa with private pool (21sqm approx) is situated in Yesilkent, Altinkum. The secluded beach is a 4 minute stroll where ringo riles are available, kids will love snorkelling at this beach. Yesilkent is a peaceful area of Altinkum. But only 7 minutes bus ride to the lively resort centre of Altinkum and its famous golden beaches. Altinkum is also famous bargin hunting in the market place.
This is a brilliant location to base your holiday in Turkey. The Villa was completed in Aug 2004, so everything is new. All bedrooms and the downstairs open plan kitchen \ living room are Air conditioned.
There is a first floor bathroom with combined shower\bath, toilet and sink. On the ground floor there is a cloak room toilet with sink. There is a outside hot\cold shower which is ideal for showering off after coming out of the pool.
The first floor double bedroom and rear twin single have direct access to a balcony. The top floor double bedroom has a offshoot small room and access to the roof terrace. The first twin single bedroom does not have direct access to a balcony so is ideal for young children
There is a fully fitted kitchen. All services are connected. The Villa is fully furnished.
This Villa is ideal for families, the kids can play happily around the pool. There are a number of residential beaches near by which are not packed during peak season, with local snacks for sale and the blue restaurant nearby for drinks

Local activities in and around Altinkum, Aegean Coast
Altinkum is great for water sports, boat trips and excursions to many historical sites. A brand new water park has opened in Didim (approx 20min by minibus). There is the massive water park at Kussadisi (approx 1hr 15min away). There is a local market in Didim on Staurdays, worth a visit for bargins or just for the experience.
