A modern family 4 bedroom house on the brow of a hill in Quint Mar offering stunning views over Sitges and relaxed, well-equipped accommodation over two floors and with private pool, gardens, terraces and car-port.
Sleeping a maximum of 10 guests. - 1 double bedroom, sleeps 2 - 1 double bedroom, sleeps 2 - 1 double bedroom with 3rd bed, sleeps 3 - 1 room with 3 single beds (bunk style beds, i.e. upper and lower.
The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with large en-suite bath/shower room,a second bedroom on the same upper floor which double bed.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 3 persons. There is a 2nd bath/shower room.
A large lounge/diner with a comfortable well-equipped kitchen that leads to a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is child and teenager friendly and provides comfort and style for enjoying a family break close enough to Sitges (it is possible to walk into town in approx 20-25 minutes) but with the privacy and quiet of the semi-rural setting of Quint Mar, backing onto the Garraf National Park.
Maximum sleeping for 6-10 but also could additionally accommodate younger children/babies in a baby cot.
There is FREE WIFI internet access to use your laptop or use the computer on the ground-floor in the hall or the one in the teenager bedroom. There is satellite TV with Canal Plus in the living-room ( for Dutch and English speaking visitors who cannot tear themselves away from the latest soap!!)
Please note that the house is non-smoking so those with the bad weed habit will have to go outside!!
