There is a large lobby area which is manned by english speaking staff. They can arrange taxi, car hire etc. Lifts to all floors. Communal pool area with large terrace area with 2 private sun loungers and cushions, shower facilities, pool table. Laundry room on site.
APARTMENT CONSISTS OF: Complete kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle. All crockery & cutlery provided. Breakfast bar with seating for 4.
Large seating area (sofa pulls out for double bed), TV (All english channels), DVD player, a range of DVD's to watch and CD's to listen to, patio doors leading onto balcony. Twin bedroom, with wardrobe space, patio doors leading onto balcony. Full bathroom, bath, shower, bidet etc. Large balcony with sumer and winter sun, views to the sea & pool, table & chairs, clothes dryer, blinds that drop for the shade. 2 free standing fans for the hotter months. Hairdryer provided. Iron & ironing board provided. Safe to hold passports & cash. Board games & cards provided. All linen supplied. Apartment will be cleaned on arrival & departure, mid term cleans can be arranged. Large bath towels provided but not to be taken down to pool.

Smoking is restricked to the balcony. There is a slight hill upto the complex so if you have severe walking difficulties you may struggle. No pets allowed.
Local activities in and around Puerto De Santiago, Tenerife
Puerto Santiago has a peaceful, laid back atmosphere. As it was once a quiet fishing village it still holds all of its canarian charm but now also has a mix of international restaurants as well as traditional. As there is still a large number of locals resident in the area you'll find some excellent Canarian food available in the traditional restaurants, tapas bars and cafes, so if you get hungry or thirsty you will find yourself spoilt for choice. This is all within walking distance. The apartment is in an ideal location. There is a supermarket opposite which sells local delicacies whilst at the same time catering for the more English tastes and the little bakery sells hot bread and long rolls (panos) from early in the morning. You have a 2 min walk down to the sea front where there are shops & numerous restaurants to choose from. There is a stunning beach only 5 mins walk & it is without a doubt the finest beach in this region & has repeatedly won the European blue flag award. The apartment is also situated opposite the Plaza. There are local events held here such as the yearly firework displays, holiday carnivals etc. There is a lovely local vibe in the bar/restaurant which over looks the sea. The complex is set back slightly to avoid any noise. The older part of Puerto Santiago is just up the hill; here you will find great restaurants run by locals & shops to by gifts etc.
Los Gigantes - 2 mins away Mount Teide - 30 mins drive La Gomera - a great day out (discover their whistle language)
