Just a 15 minute bus ride away from the bustling resort of Sunny Beach, Ravda Beach is a great destination offering a more relaxing family beach holiday in a traditional fishing village, whilst being a short bus ride away both from the world heritage site of Nessebar and the cosmopolitan city of Bourgas.
The Dream Holiday Beachfront Complex is situated right next to one of several golden sandy beaches that stretch northwards to Nessebar. In addition to a freeform swimming pool and children's pool, facilities will include a reception area, coffee shop / restaurant and bar. The complex has 24 hour security and secure parking.
With just a small track separating the apartments from the seafront area there is little traffic and traffic noise making this ideal for families.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and has lift access.
For larger parties, we also have a similar one bedroomed apartment on the second floor.
Our one bedroomed penthouse apartment is on the top floor of the middle block of the complex with terrific sea views stretching right from the port of Nessebar to Pomerie. You have good views of the fishing community and, for early risers, you can often see the boats fishing just off the coast.
The apartment has a good sized balcony accessible from both the lounge and bedroom.
Finished to a high standard, the apartment consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The lounge contains a L shaped seating area with a sofa-bed suitable for two small children or one adult, single sofa chair and coffee table. Completing the area there is a 21 inch television with DVD.
The kitchen / dining area consists of a 4 ring hob and oven/grill with rotisserie attachment, microwave, sink and fridge / freezer and all you need for the essentials of cooking (although it will be difficult to resist many of the cheap restaurants in both Ravda and the surrounding areas!) The modern contemporary dining table seats four.
The bathroom consists of a shower, WC and hand basin whilst the bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobes and storage with double patio doors onto the balcony. The views from the bedroom out to sea are beautiful.
The apartment has air conditioning / heating.
Outside, the balcony has a patio table, chairs.
Cleaning, linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Additional cleaning and changes can be requested.

Local activities in and around Ravda, Black Sea Region
Ravda is much more laid back than Sunny Beach. Its own beach is lovely with soft, almost white sand and a prominade strtching into the sea.
Lots of small and inexpensive restaurants and taverns offering local seafood and traditional cuisine, for example, whole spit Roast Chicken , cheesy chips and large bottle of Becks in main street restaurant - 7.5 levs - £2.75! (May 2007)
In addition to the many traditional tavernas found in the area, there are upmarket Cafe bars such as Hawaii & Face in the main street and Rixos in the square.
Regular bus services from the square (8am - midnight) will take you to three distinctly different destinations:
Sunny Beach (bus fare about 25p) is one of the two main coastal tourist areas, with long beaches and everything from Bungee jumping to McDoanalds. Lots of restaurants and shopping.
Aquaparadise Water Park -just outside Ravda is a new water park built on a castle theme with huge slides such as the Tsunami and blck hole. Children's slides great pools. Free bus. Watch the video at www.aquaparadise-bg.com
Nessebar (bus fare 40p): The ancient town is connected to the new town by a picturesque road across the water. The ancient town, dating back from the 1st century) is mostly pedestrianised and is a wonderful combination of restaurants, ruins and shopping where you can buy everything from 'designer' clothing (at great prices) to the most amazing antiques from Bulgaria's past. The fish restaurants are particularly good here although it is a great place for pizzas too.
You can get a boat from the port to see the sites by sea or take a ferry to the other side of the bay.
Bourgas (bus fare £1.30 - 50 minute journey - also stops at Bourgas airport en route): the main city. Enough shops, bars cafés and restaurants to keep the most ardent shopper happy! To the top of the main shopping area is a wonderful park, which has numerous children's play areas, ice-cream kiosks and cafés hidden in its grounds.
From Bourgas airport take the main road to Nessebar, taking the right turn marked Ravda some 20 minutes later. Continue to the T junction and turn right - the apartments are signposted on the left.
