This is a lovely villa situated up above the village of Ovacik and Hisaronu backing on to the foothills of Babadag Mountain with stunning views across the valley to the sea at the Blue Lagoon of Olu Deniz.It is in the less built up area of Ovacik with plenty of space around it but only 3-4 minutes walk to the main route between the market town of Fethiye and the spectacular blue lagoon at Olu Deniz.

This is a large property offering a lot of accommodation and although suitable for families would also be lovely for groups of friends holidaying together, altogether the villa sleeps 8-10 with further accommodation in the self contained apartment below which sleeps 6-8 which is let separately.It has a lovely pool 10mtrs x4mtrs and a childrens paddling pool.The pool is surrounded by plenty of sunbathing area and set in a lovely green mature garden,There is a covered terrace to shelter from the sun.There is a safe installed to keep your valuables in. .This is a very popular and beautiful part of Turkey with an abundance of historical sites and places to visit,plenty of activities to take part in eg water sports ,paragliding,scuba diving , kite surfing , local boat trips where you can enjoy the spcctacular coastlineand wonderful local markets where you can barter wih the locals and try the traditional pancakes made by the villagers.The villa is ideally situated with easy access to all the facilities.

Local activities in and around Ovacik, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
This is an area of huge historical interest and excursions are arranged by all the local tour operators on a daily basis to visit the local amphitheatres,cliff tombs,ancient sites,ghost town,huge gorges and you can even go as far as Ephesus froom here.It also has the most famous beach in Turkey , the Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz just 10minutes from Ovacik ,this is a conservation beach protected from development.The other beach in the area is at Cali,s the other side of Fethiye ,this has the only water park in the area and has places where you can try wind surfing and the new and popular kite surfing,it also now has a bird sanctuary area with observation towers. Fethiye itself is a lovely market town with a very pretty harbour with restaurants all along it,from here you can take daily boat trips around the coast line at a very reasonable cost.The old town contains lots of little shops and restaurants and the newer part has shops,banks and lots of estate agents!There is a wonderful market here on a Tuesday ,the best in the area and not to be missed!
