Casa Azul is a luxury townhouse by the Atlantic ocean on the prestigious Nuevo Portil golf course on the unspoilt Costa De La Luz, yet under an hour from both Faro airport on the Algarve and Seville airport. Casa Azul is south facing so has all day sun. Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted.
Casa Azul has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra WC on the ground floor. The lounge has a sprung double sofa bed, so Casa Azul can sleep up to 8 people. Situated within the gated community at Nuevo Portil with two underground parking places accessed by a secure electric door.
Casa Azul has a fully fitted blue kitchen with full size fridge freezer, hob with oven, dishwasher and washing machine and all the little extras; kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Off the spacious lounge/dining room that has an extending dining table and 3 seater sofa, 2 seagrass armchairs feature fire place, is the rear patio that overlooks the pool and gardens and fairway number 4, the patio is furnished with a large table and six comfortable chairs for outside dining, there is an outside light.
The master bedroom has a double bed plenty of fitted wardrobe space, ceiling fan and its own ensuite with a shower over the bath and for extra relaxation we have placed two wooden sun loungers on the large south facing terrace. The twin bedroom also on the 1st floor has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The attic bedroom on the 2nd floor has twin beds and plenty of space for at least 2 cots if required. This bedroom has a shaded terrace with bistro table and 2 chairs. Casa Azul is situated on a small gated community with a communal pool and paddle tennis court. All this within 10 minutes walk of a glorious sandy beach. With a wealth of golf courses and sporting activities, local attractions and places of interest. Some of the best seafood restaurants in Andalucia can be found in this region and these prove very popular with the Spanish from Huelva, Seville and Madrid.

Bedrooms:
1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The double bedroom and the twin bedroom both have ceiling fans and hairdyers. The attic bedroom has a large armoire and lots of floor space for cots if required.

1 Bathroom, 1 Shower, 1 Separate WC. The ensuite off the masterbedroom has a shower over the full size bath, bidet, wash basin and wc.
The separate shower room has wash basin and wc and the ground floor has a wc and wash basin.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The fully fitted kitchen has a wide selection of utensils.
8 Sets of crockery and cutlery are supplied.
The small utilty area off the kitchen has an airer, clothes line and pegs.
General:
Central Heating, Maid Service, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. Ceiling fans in lounge & two bedrooms. A cooler bag with ice packs and plastic utensils are avilable in Casa Azul to take to the beach if required.
Dining:
Seating for 6. The dining room has an large extending table and six chairs, extra chairs can be used from the patio if required.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Tennis Court. A Small selection of DVD's (English) and CD's are in the Tv cabinet. Along with a pack of playing cards and a small selction of English books.
The paddle tennis court is open year round.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The patio area has a gate onto the communal gardens and pool area. Making it secure for young children.
The communal pool is usally open 1st June to end of September.Pleask ask.

Local activities in and around Nuevo Portil, Costa de La Luz - Huelva
The nearest supermarket, bar, restaurant, ice cream parlour fresh bread shop are all 10 minutes walk on the way to the beach.Larger supermarkets / hypermarkets can be found in either Cartaya or Huelva.
The resort of Nuevo Portil and its neighbouring resorts of El Portil and El Rompidio have a wide selection of shops, bars and excellent seafood restaurants. A small complex with thatched roofs has opened in El Rompidio with designer boutiques and an excellent bar and coffee shop where on an evening you can witness the famous coast of light sunset.
On the road to Cartaya there is a cartying track open year round and an aquapark open high season. The Golf course at Nuevo Portil (PAR 71 5841 metres) has a full range of facilities,El Romipio 2 golf courses (6148 Metres par 72) & (6095 metres par 72) is 5 minutes drive away, the Islantilla 27 Hole Championship Golf course is only 15 minutes drive. Opposite the Nuevo Portil golf club house is the 4 star Cartaya playa hotel that has a Casino and beauty treatments.
Huelva 18 km away has a wide variety of shops including the department store El Corte Ingles and a shopping centre that has a selection of bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the river and the whole city.
The most visited tourist attraction in Huelva is the Muelle de las Carabelas it is a wharf with replicas of thePinta,Nina and the Santa Maria which Columbus sailed to discover the Americas. One of Huelva's more bizare features is a whole quarter designed by British architects called the Barrio Reina Victoria.It was constructed by the Rio Tinto Mining company in the early 20th century to house British workers.
The amazing city of Seville is an hours drive. For nature lovers the Coto Donana National park is also close and the Sierra de Aracena, famous for the Jabugo ham that comes from the town of the same name.

Minas de Riotinto
The mining museum of Rio Tinto and the surrounding area is well worth a visit.The English influence is still apparent in some of the buildings and the whole English quarter of Bella Vista is a classic example of english architecture.
18 km from Huelva train station. Under and hour from both Seville and Faro airports via excellent motorways.

A security deposit of £200 pounds sterling will be taken with payment and returned after post departure property check by our local agent. Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros.
