A spacious one bedroom cottage in a newly converted steading development, in Perthshire, with stunning views, over the Vale of Strathmore at the foot of the Angus Glens. Peace and quiet, yet easily accessible: Perth 22 miles, Dundee 18 miles. Excellent golf location with 7 golf courses within 10 minutes and over 60 courses within one hour. Ideal area for walking, sightseeing, photography, field sports, fishing and ski-ing. A large furnished central courtyard provides an area to relax outside.

Glen Prosen is a one bedroom cottage which has been graded 4 star by STB. The Steadings is traditional in appearance, but each cottage has all modern comforts. Glen Prosen has zip and link beds which can be a twin or superking and in the ensuite shower room there is a very large stylish walk-in shower.
The kitchen has integrated appliances - even a dishwasher. The kitchen and dining area is split level from the lounge. French doors afford wonderful views and lead out from the lounge into the central courtyard. Colour television,radio/CD player, DVD and all linen and towels are included. There is a free internet access point in the cottage so that your laptop can keep you up to date with any important e-mails. Modern underfloor heating, with thermostats throughout, as well as hot water is also included.
The area offers a great variety of things to see and do and is very central to enable visitors to cover a wide area of Scotland when out on day trips. Glamis, Scone and Blair Castle are very easily reached and throughout the season, Highland Games can be enjoyed. Days walking in the Angus Glens or on the Cateran Trail can be enjoyed, with a drying room available for boots and outdoor clothing should the weather be inclement!

Castles, distilleries, Highland Games can all be easily visited and for the walking enthusiast, The Angus Glens and The Cateran Trail are close by.
At Brechin Castle there is a horse riding centre for all abilities and the coast is within reach should a day at the beach be your choice.
The Steadings sits quietly looking over The Vale of Strathmore and is a great place to unwind.
