The villa which has been totally renovated is on two floors. Downstairs there are two air conditioned bedrooms looking out onto the pool, one has doors leading out onto a terrace and swimming pool. Both have their own fully tiled luxury bathrooms. Also there is a small second kitchen.
Upstairs there are two further air conditioned bedrooms each with fully tiled luxury private bathrooms, a beautiful fitted kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar. The spacious air conditioned lounge is light and airy – with patio doors leading to the rear terrace and garden. The dining area overlooks the pool with patio doors leading out to the balcony.
There is a wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter evenings by the fireside, Sky satellite TV, DVD, radio and video. Externally there is off-street parking for up to four cars, a large private swimming pool and gardens.
The prestigeous golf urbanisation of El Chaparral is located on the N340/E7 coast road near the village of La Cala approximately 5 kilometres west of Fuengirola. If you do not hire a car, local bus and taxi services are nearby providing easy access to Fuengirola, Marbella and beyond.
If you are driving, the possibilities are endless, from duty free shopping in Gibraltar to winter skiing in the Sierra Nevadas The nearest airport is Malaga, approximately 20 minutes drive, Gibraltar airport is a good alternative, offering a further selection of flights, sometimes it can be cheaper than Malaga and is just over an hour away via the motorway.

Local activities in and around Mijas, Costa del Sol - Malaga
There is so much to see and do in the area you will be spoilt for choice.
When you are not having lazy days by the pool, 20 minutes drive in either direction along the N340 will take you as far as Malaga to the east or Puerto Banus in the west or inland to the picturesque white villages. The coastline, full of natural splendour, its beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches.
With an average of more than 300 cloudless days a year, there are endless hours to enjoy all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. The summer season on the Costa del Sol is much longer than just the months of July, August and September. There are hundreds of clubs, bars and restaurants plus many other attractions all along the coast.
A new local attraction, are concerts with stars such as Elton John, Rod Stewart and Internationally acclaimed classical orchestras at the Hippodrome, the local horse racing track. If you do not drive The villa is only a 5 minute stroll along a pine shaded private road from a lovely sandy beach. There is a wide variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and supermarket within 5 to 10 minutes walk. A 15 minute walk will take you to the local village of La Cala, where you will find a fine sandy beach, a wide variety of shops plus bars and restaurants of all types. There is a local market on Saturday and Wednesday.
If you want to go further afield you can phone for a local taxi to pick you up from the villa, or take a few minutes stroll to the bus stop where the regular bus service can take you as far as Marbella to the west or Fuengirola to the east and a train service to Malaga.
Golf enthusiasts will be able to find a complete variety of courses ranging from the technical and demanding, with challenging lakes and bunkers to the straightforward, with wide easy fairways. The El Chaparral Golf Course will be opening late 2005, a challenging 18 hole pay and play course right on your doorstep.
