There is a secure underground car parking space adjacent to the elevator which will take you to the first floor.The apartment is close to shops and excellent restaurants and only a few minutes walk from a lovely beach and bars.
Within the gated complex there are lawns, 2 full size swimming pools with sunbeds and two children’s pools. Rancho C is part of the beautiful Miraflores resort with its excellent facilities including golf, tennis, bowls and a clubhouse with bar, restaurant and cabaret.

The local beach is a 10 minute walk away and has a small children's play area next to the restaurants and sunbeds. Watersports are available along this coastline. Although the gated complex itself is quiet, there is a profusion of excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance and even more within a short (cheap) taxi or car ride.
Marbella and Fuengirola are only a short drive away. There is horse racing and concerts at the La Cala Hippodrome and a zoo, waterpark and karting at Fuengirola.
