Tucked away in the sun blessed and unspoilt Andalucian costal resort, Villa Rocio can sleep up to 14 over 5 bedrooms (4x twin bedrooms and an airy family room sleeping 4) with 3 bathrooms (one en-suite) and 1 shower room.
A spacious and comfortably furnished living area proves there are few excuses not to relax, with a satellite TV and CD Hi-Fi to provide entertainment. Also, there is a neighbouring dining area and a well equipped, modern kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and a dish washer.
The charming and beautiful Benejarafe village consist of an excellent range of local facilities, including superb restaurants, shops, banks, bars, supermarkets and an outstanding bakery. All these are in easy walking distance.

Local activities in and around Benajarafe, Costa del Sol - Malaga
As villa Rocio is 100m from beach with mountains and hills behind there is a wide range of outdoor activities near at hand.
The village of Benajarafe is ideally situated on the unspoilt east side of the costa del sol where the general pace of life is much slower and more relaxed.
As the excellent N340 motorway link is only 5mins away from the village, a range of interesting day trips to Granada(2hr), Malaga(30min), Marbella & Peurta Banus(50mins), Seville(2.5hr), Nerjha Caves (25min) Acqua Park (20mins) Gibralta (2.5hr), Lake Vinuela(40min), Rhonda (1hr), White Villages (30min), over 30+ golf courses (within 1 hr), Eroskis Hyper Shopping Centre(20min) are all very accessible and easy to organise.
The village also has an excellent range of good but inexpensive restaurants and bars which are situated along the main promenade. In particular people travel from all over the Malaga region to the village for its traditional and very reasonable andulacian seafood menu which is always caught daily. (3 Course/Menu Dias with 1 glass of wine/beer is about 8 Euro per person).
The seaside village is also very conveniently located but sufficiently far away from the two larger but attractive towns of Torre Del Mar(15min) and Rincon De La Victoria(10min) which have Night Clubs, Discos Bars, A Marina, Macdonalds, Indian & Chinese Restaurants etc for those wanting 'big macs' and 'big' nights out.
The local 18 hole golf course at Anoreta Golf Club at Rincon De La Victoria is also less than 10 mins drive away with its own Restaurant, Club House, Private Pool, and Buggy Hire Available. The Course is 5.67km with a 124 Slope but requires a Compulsory Minimum Handicap Cert of: Male 28, Female 32. Pre booking is advised via the internet with weekday rates per round of 49 Euros & 64 Euros at weekends.

Rental Notes: Smokers are very welcome at the villa but smoking is restricted to outside areas only.
A £500 refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable no less than 8 weeks before arrival. Changeovers normally take place on Saturdays at 4pm, with Departures at 10am to allow for the thorough cleaning of the villa before our next guests arrive.
