Villa Limonero is a brand new luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool with a south facing rear garden overlooking fairway 9 and 10 of the Prestigious Nuevo Portil golf course.
Only 15 minutes walk to 14km of unspoilt beach.
This is our home in the sun and as such have equipped the villa both inside and out to the highest of standards.
Under an hours drive from faro and Seville airports.
Courtyard: Access to Villa Limonero is via a large double wooden door leading directly onto the Mediterranean courtyard.
The courtyard is secure and ideal for young children to play without access to the pool.
Lounge/Dining: Double doors from the hall into the spacious well furnished lounge with a dining table to seat 10.
Kitchen/Utility: A fully fitted kitchen with top brand appliances. Cutlery, crockery for 10 people and even a pic nic set for days out or just by the pool! The utility area off the kitchen is an ideal area for drying.
Ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms: There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor with comfortable beds and fully fitted wardrobes.
They share a large bathroom with twin sinks, bath with shower over, bidet and WC.
There is a separate WC with washbasin also on the ground floor.
Master Suite and Terrace: A marble staircase leads up to the large master suite.
The ensuite bathroom consists of twin sinks, bidet, WC and bath with shower over.
The south facing patio doors with views onto the fairways lead onto a large private terrace with woven lounges, chairs and a large cream parasol if shade is required.
Annex Suite: Across the courtyard from the main house is an annex, that would be ideal for Grandparents or older children.
We decided to be versatile with this annex so it can be used as either a one bedroom luxury suite with a separate lounge or alternatively it may be used as two bedrooms, when using the leather fully sprung sofa bed.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC.
The rear bedroom has two twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.
Villa Limonero is within 15 minutes walk of a glorious sandy beach, with a wealth of golf courses and sporting activities, local attractions and places of interest. Some of the best seafood restaurants in Andalucia can be found in this region and these prove very popular with the Spanish from Huelva, Seville and Madrid.

Local activities in and around Nuevo Portil, Costa de La Luz - Huelva
The nearest supermarket,bar,restaurant,ice cream parlour, fresh bread shop are all only 10 minutes walk on the way to the beach. Larger supermarkets / hypermarkets can be found in either Cartaya or Huelva.
The resort of Nuevo Portil and its neirbouring resorts of El Portil and El Rompidio have a wide selection of shops, bars and excellent seafod restaurants. A small complex with thatched roos has opened in El Rompidio with designer boutiques and an excellent bar and coffee shop where on an evevning you can witness the famous coast of light sunset.
On the road to Cartaya there is a cartying track, open year round and an aquapark open high season. The golf course at Nuevo Portil (Par 71 5841 metres) has a full range of facilities, El rompidio golf course(6148 metres par 75) is 5 minutes drive and the Islantilla 27 hole Championship course is only 15 minutes drive. Opposite the Nuevo Portil golf club is the 4 star Cartaya Playa hotel that has a Casino and beauty treatments.
Huelva 18 km away has a wide selection of shops including the department store El Corte Ingles and a new shopping centre, Aqualon, that has a selection of bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the river and the whole city. The most visited attraction in Huelvais the Muelle de las Carabelas it is a wharf with replicas of the Pinta, Nina and the Santa Maria which Colombus sailed to discover the Americas.
One of Huelva's more bizare features is a whole district designed by British Architects called the Barrio Reina Victoria,it was constructed by the Rio Tinto mining company in the eatly 20th century to house British workers.
The amazing city of Seville is under an hours drive.
For Nature lovers the Coto Donana National park is also close and the Sierra de Aracena, famous for the Jabugo ham that comes from the town of the same name.

Minas de Riotinto
The mining museum of Rio Tinto and the surrounding area is well worth a visit.The English influence is still apparent in some of the buildings and the whole English quarter of Bella Vista is a classic example of english architecture.
Under an hours drive from Faro,Portugal and Seville. Airports via an excellent motorway link. 18 km from Huelva train station.
