The apartment offers a peaceful location, furnished and decorated in keeping with the Edwardian part of the owner's house.
A Bay Window in the lounge overlooks the garden with trees at the boundaries. There is a comfortable sofa in the lounge which converts to 2 Single beds. The Double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with Electric Shower over the bath.
The Dining/Kitchen has double doors which open onto the small balcony at the top of the entrace staircase, leading down to the landscaped garden with it's Garden Furniture and Barbeque.
St. Agnes is a popular but unspoilt village in a rural setting close to beautiful sandy beaches. It is renowned for it's outstanding natural beauty attracting artists from all over the country.
St. Agnes is a friendly retreat where holiday makers are made welcome. There are various shops in the village from Food Stores, Bakery, Chemist, Butchers, Fishmonger, Newsagent and Post Office to Hairdressers, Potteries and Craft Shops. Old Pubs and Modern Restaurants abound and yet all in the narrow streets and lanes of this gem of a village.
