Casa Antiga is a typical Algarvian detached house sleeping 6 to 9 persons, it is situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira. Branqueria village has 2 local Portuguese bars & 2 restaurants, a local supermarket, fresh fish shop, & laundry. Only a short way from all the hustle & bustle & night life of the(famous) Strip which is approx 1.5 kms. The approach to Albufeira old town is approx 2.5 kms away.
The beaches of Santa Eulalia/Balaia/ Maria Luisa/Praia da Oura are approx 3.0 kms away. There are 2 golf courses in close proximity: Balaia (Nine hole Par 3) with clubhouse, hire facilities & swimming pool within 1km. Pine Cliffs (Nine hole) at Acoteias within 10 minutes drive. 7 top class courses at Vilamoura which is approx 15/20 minutes drive. Horse riding stables with tutition at Vale Navio which is within approx 800 metres of Casa Antiga. Please note, we do not accommodate male and female groups under 21yrs of age unless accompanied by adult family members.
Casa Antiga is a detached typical Algarvian House, consisting of 4 bedrooms all adequately furnished. Bedroom 1, 1 double, 1 single bed and ensuite: Bedroom 2, double and ensuite: Bedroom 3, twin beds: Bedroom 4, double and single (bunk style): 3 bathrooms (2 Ensuite) with bath, washbasin, toilet, & overhead shower units, hairdryers supplied.
Large lounge with SAT/TV (free to view channels BBC etc), DVD, Video, Stereo unit. Selection of books, Dvd's, videos, cd's for our guests. Large fully fitted equipped dining-kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine etc. Cleaning: Bed linen & towels are changed weekly. Extra services above this, if required are chargable to the client. Part aircon is available as an optional extra cost per week in lounge & bedrooms 1 & 4 and there is also a portable unit to use elsewhere.Please ask for details on cost. Please note, air con is included within the rental price for dates of high season 27/6/09 to 29/8/09
Private swimming-pool with tiled patio areas. The pool is cleaned & maintained twice weekly. Pergola with lighting/eating area & barbecue. Sunbeds & garden furniture.
Special offers, Winter months £150 per week(2 persons) extra persons £55pppw. Winter lets: 1/11/08 to 28/3/09 & 31/10/09 to 27/3/10 & include heating in rental, (Electric Radiators) (*see heating allowance in rental rates information below*).Change-over days flexible during these months. If you require extra heating during the spring/colder months which is not within the Winter Special Offer dates, electric radiators are available at a cost of £10 per radiator per week.
Deposits £20 per person per week booked for all seasons. Minimum deposit is £120 per week. Please note deposits are non-refundable should a cancellation occur within your party. A security deposit of £200 per holiday is required payable with your final balance,refundable if no damage reported & posted to your UK address.

If you do enjoy a smoke we would be obliged if you refrain from smoking within the house area & smoke outdoors in the garden areas. Travel cot & highchair available for 1 young infant.
