There is a Driving Range, Club House, numerous restaurants and a gym. The townhouse has a superb roof top solarium for al fresco dining, 3 further terraces and a large communal swimming pool for residents only. The complex is completely sheltered with access controlled security and under ground parking. Puerto Banus is 10 mins drive away with its many restaurants, designer shops, casino and nightclubs. You can enjoy suntrap beaches, crystal clear seas, all within minutes of Los Flamingos.
Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Local activities in and around Puerto Banus, Costa del Sol - Malaga
It is 1 km to San Pedro which is a typically spanish town with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes. Benhavis 12km, Spanish equestrian Centre 8km.
The Bel Air Platinum is 15 mins walk or 2 mins drive to the local beaches.

Rental Notes: The Easter period is at a cost of £1105 per week and I will accept bookings for 3 nights or more.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure.
Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.
Pre-book a grocery pack for £25 Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival with a change of towels and bed linen. For stays of 10 nights or more a second clean of linen will be arranged. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advance and will be charged for in resort. This can be paid for in the UK or locally.
Any changeover day is accepted and we will accommodate you at whatever time you wish to arrive and depart the accommodation.
