A relaxing snug which leads into a luxury appointed kitchen, with a Gas Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Food Mixer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. Just off the Kitchen is a good size Dining room that leads out onto the secure patio area.
There are two double bedrooms, one offering a colour TV/Video and the other with an option of two single beds. Also upstairs is the luxury appointed Bathroom with Bath and separate Power Shower. There is a south facing Garden, with patio tables and chairs and a custom built brick Barbecue.

Take in the stunning scenery and take a picnic as there are plenty of places to stop off and have a comfortable sit down and relax. Cycle around the 10-mile footpath around Carsington. Bikes can be hired from Hire a Windsurfer, learn to sail or do some Canoeing on Carsington Water
Spend a day at Chatsworth Go to Chatsworth and discover there is more to see, more to do and more to enjoy than ever before. Take a tour round the grand house with its magnificent rooms. Take a walk round the 105-acre garden with the world famous waterworks. Visit the farmyard and adventure playground and a visit to the farm shops is a must as it sells the best British and estate produce.
Masson Mills Sir Richard Arkwrights 1783 showpiece are the finest surviving and best-preserved example of an Arkwright mill.
