Traditional large 3 bedroomed sea front split level apartment with close uninterrupted view of beach and sea with the islands of Arran and Ailsa Craig in the distance. This 1st floor apartment has good parking spaces, garage and well maintained garden which is 84metres long with separate secluded patio area. It is ideally situated near the transport routes to Glasgow, Largs, Ayr and Arran.
This apartment is available by the day from £50 per day,or by the week from £220 Note that this apartment can be used with 2 extra bedrooms from the ground floor apartment making accommodation for 10 with 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges. Please ask for special prices.
The spacious lounge with relaxing sofas (3) has Satellite TV, music system , a selection of games for both adults and children . Drinks can be enjoyed overlooking the seafront from the high stooled seating by the bay window. There are often spectacular sunsets to be seen over Arran.
2 double bedrooms and one twin room with plenty wardrobe space. The main bedroom has Satellite TV. and a cd music system. The bathroom is decorated in a contemporary style with white/black tiling, double walk in shower and pedestal bath.
The modern kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, breakfasting table/chairs and terrestrial tv.. a separate utility room is off the hall with washing machine and ironing board. A welcome pack always awaits our guests. We also endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible and so encourage you to ask for any assistance you may need..
This apartment is available for rent on a 24 hour basis as well as the usual weekly arrangement.. Mid week bookings are welcome. Check in can be arranged at most times.

Local activities in and around Ardrossan, Central Scotland
Sailing, golf, ice skating, bird watching, hill walking, beachcombing,swimming, ten pin bowling, cinema, childrens playground. crazy golf/putting, small fairground and amusements. Please note that organised watersports are 12 miles away in Largs.
May we suggest a day trip to the beautiful isle of Arran via the ferry half a mile away. Arran has varied scenery and buses meet the ferry to enable tours of the island without the car.Seals can usually be seen basking on the rocks around the coast of Arran.
A trip to the isle of Cumbrae can also be recommended where bicyles can be hired for an easy ride right round the island.
For the golf enthusiasts Troon is a short distance away and a little further afield Turnberry can be worth a visit. There are also local golf courses.
The nearby new marina has good facilities for boating and sailing. Ferry to Arran is a short walk away.
