5 minutes from a main A road, yet quiet and undisturbed countryside. On the edge of Orcop Hill.
Parking immediately outside the unit. Outside is a guests Patio and BBQ area.
Wonderful for walkers and those visiting the local towns - Hay on Wye (Booktown), Hereford, Ross On Wye, Tintern & the Wye Valley, The Brecon Beacons and the Black and White villages are all a short drive away.
Each Cottage is individually furnished to a high standard.
The open plan living/dining area has double aspect windows, oak beams & TV. New for this year we have added a comfortable leather sofa replacing one of the arm chairs so you can either sit together or on seperate seats. The kitchenette is fully equipped with full cooker, fridge, microwave and washer/drier.
On the first floor is a fine double bedroom with adjacent separate bathroom, the room has space for a cot as well.
There is a fenced garden area set aside exclusively for the use of our guests, with patio, equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs - and of course the fantastic views.
Safe to let the children play - at weekends our own children (4 & 6), will be around and delight in showing new friends the garden. Your garden is completely fenced for safetyand separate to ours.
The Barns and Farmhouse are 200 yards from the lane so give you a peaceful and secluded base for your holiday.

A flat walk route to the rear patio doors is available , although the patio doors can only be opened from inside. The front door is down 3 steps.
Local activities in and around Hereford, Heart of England
The county is reputed to be one of the least urbanised in the UK - yet we are 18 minutes from the Motorway network, and only 5 minutes from an A class road.
The area is crossed with several foot paths and bridle ways. Long distance walking includes the Wye Trail and Offa's Dyke.
Locally Horse Riding, Open Farms, Canoeing, Fishing & Shooting are all available. A Bird of Prey centre operates this side of Abergavenny.
There are kids soft play centres in Hereford & Brecon.
Hereford boasts a national Race course & one of the oldest maps in the world - the Mappa Mundi. The Bulmers Cider Museum is next to the UK's largest Cider makers. Indoor bowling, Theatre, Cinema and many Restaurants.
Festivals are a byword of the Border region - Hay on Wye Literature festival, Ross International, Abergavenny Food, Brecon Jazz - plus shorter events throughout the year.
The River Wye flows through the county and apart from the Wye Valley and Tintern, you can view nesting birds of prey at Symonds Yat, take a cruise or canoe down the river, visit the Amazing Hedge Maze and Goodrich Castle.
We also own one of the UK's largest Internet Model & Hobby stores - the showroom is a few miles away at Pontrilas.
On the A49, take the Left B4348. At the T junction turn left. Leave Wormelow, and take first right for Orcop. Turn right next to phone box, take left at T junction, 1/3 mile, Left down drive.
