Local activities in and around Gorey, South East
The beach of Morriscastle is just 1 km away. These long sandy beaches supervised by lifeguards over the Summer period. The beach has been awarded both the green and blue flag. The Green Coast Award applies generally to beaches which have excellent water quality. The Blue Flag is a prestigious, international award scheme which acts as a guarantee to tourists that a beach or marina they are visiting is one of the best in the world.
The house is situated in the heart of the village just walking distance from local supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. There are golf courses nearby aswell as horseriding, fishing along the long coast line perfect for beach angling, walking, swimming etc.
The house is situated just 20 mins drive from Wexford town, great for shopping and the Wexford Opera Festival, and 15 mins drive from Gorey town also great for shopping and dining out.
