Situated in the Andratx valley in the South west corner of Mallorca, with superb mountain views. Quiet country Finca in 5000 sqm of terraced hillside.1 km from quaint old Andratx town and 6 km from the cosmolitan Port Andratx - the St Tropez of Mallorca, with many restaurant, bars and boutiques on the harbour front. The harbour is an active fishing port and yachting centre.
Sevaral charming beaches within 6 to 10 km. Camp de Mar ( 6km) delightful sandy beach with restaurants on the beach. St Telmo ( 10 km) opposite to the nature reserve of Dragonera Island. Boat trips are available. Fine sandy beach very picturesque and a number of restaurants. Slightly away from thed main beach swimming in turquise blue water off some rocks. Cala Llamp ( 6km) a rocky cove with good swimming.

The Finca was originally three stone cottages. converted and restored into a single farm house whilst maintaining the traditionalo local custom of having the bedrooms downstairs for cool sleeping and the living space upstairs. This gives an attractive view over the valley and the hills. The house in its present form, with full central heating is equally comfortable in summer or winter. There is also a traditional open fire.The large living room is comfortably furnished. There is a library of books, local and satelite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is large, modern, equipped with all the gadgets. You can dine either in the kitchen or step through a door to a partly covered terrace for sun or shade.
The house is set in its own tranquil garden of pines, almonds and fig trees. The swimming pool is on the upper terrace on thr same level as the living area. It has its own summer house equipped with sink, running warer, fridge, two element hot plate and microwave, gas and charcoal barbecue.

Two golf Clubs 6 or 10 km distant All water sports in Porto Andratx including sailing for adults or children, motor boating. Diving for the experinced, and Qualified PADI instruction for beginners. Horse riding. For the young, Aqua Park, Carting. marineland.
For the energetic tennis, hill walking and cycling. For the slim or those who don't care super restaurants and bars, night clubs of all types.
There are said to be 59 watering holes in Port Andratx alone! For the "couch potatoes" sitting in the sun by the pool. Scenic boat trips from Port Andratx.

Change over is nomally on Saturdays. In after 15h00, out by 10h30. The dates and times are negotiable, so is the rent for long winter lets.
