There is level access to the house and throughout the ground floor. The bedroom includes extra accessibility features with a shower seat and grab rails.
Upstairs are a further three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and the other two rooms share a spacious bathroom with shower over the bath.

Whiting Bay is ideally situated to enjoy the many and varied activities which are available in Arran. In Whiting Bay itself there is a beach, children's plaground, putting, bowling and an 18 hole golf course with fantastic views towards the Ayrshire coast. Arran is a haven for walkers with something to suit all abilities and there is wonderful and varied wildlife.
For the slightly more adventurous why not try gorge walking, abseiling or kayaking a few of the many activities available from Arran adventure company. There is fishing, cycling, horse-riding and a further 6 golf courses on the island- all warmly welcome visitors.
