Navy House sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, 2 interconnecting twin rooms, and one small room with bunk beds as well as the bathroom. Downstairs is another WC, the kitchen, the dining room and sitting room (both with open fireplaces). There is a large private garden. Bed linen can be provided, but guests need to provide their own towels.
The secluded and little known Westcombe Beaches are a 30 minute walk away, accessible by footpath. In the nearby village of Bigbury-on-Sea there is an 18 hole golf course and the famous Burgh Island Hotel.
Kingston is 20 miles from Plymouth and 10 miles from the A38. The nearest shops are in the village of Modbury, 4 miles away. There is an excellent 16th century pub in Kingston. Dartmoor is very close at hand and there are a variety of wonderful walks along the South Devon cliffs.
