This apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is a on a quiet, well maintained complex built in Andalucian style which sits on the hillside overlooking the charming resort of Los Cristianos. It does not suffer from the late night noise problems that can ruin your holiday and as such is ONLY suitable for careful and considerate families or couples.
Community rules require absolute quiet after 10.30 which is a blessing for those wanting a quiet holiday . There is a swimming pool (heated in Winter), gardens, laundry room and an Italian restaurant on site. A well stocked supermarket is close by, with the beach and centre of Los Cristianos a mere 20 min stroll away. The apartment sleeps six + cot, two in each bedroom, two on the sofa bed plus a travel cot if required. It has very recently been fully refurbished to include new floor tiles throughout, a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and new soft furnishings.

The kitchen features a fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The en-suite has a shower cubicle and the bathroom contains a bath. The lounge features satellite or cable TV. There is also an ironing board and iron available. The lovely balcony is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean.
Los Cristianos was originally a small fishing village on the south coast of Tenerife. Now a busy resort it has maintained it’s 'heart' has the ideal climate for a holiday all the year round. There are several beautiful beaches and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is the ideal base to explore both the coast and interior of Tenerife.
