Lying north of the village, this 2 bedroom apartment is amongst a block that is west facing directly onto a beautiful sand beach that slopes gently into a sheltered lagoon offering safe, calm bathing. Due to the remote nature mains electricity has not reached these parts and electricity is provided by a generator, which does not operate 24hrs a day. However the lights and sockets will now work full time although there are still restrictions on powering high wattage items, especialy more than one at a time. To some El Caleton is a simple idyll and many clients return year after year, others may prefer a little more sophistication - please contact us for informed advice.
