The Old Sunday School is located set back in a quiet lane in the centre of the lively and charismatic fishing village of Porthleven, 2 minutes walk from the Harbour front and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Come Summer or Winter this popular holiday destination has something for everyone, with a selection of good pubs and restaurants, gift shops and 2 mile stretch of sand and coastal paths. The property is a stunning conversion featuring 4 ensuite bath/shower rooms luxury fixtures and fittings and gallery lounges.
On entering the Sunday School be prepared for your breath to be taken away. The large wooden doors lead into an impressive open plan kitchen and dining room of vast proportion. As you walk across a slate flagstone floor your gaze will be drawn to an impressive staircase that sweeps elegantly up to a circular gallery supported by the original pillars. Here light streams in through high arched windows leading to two beautifully appointed lounge areas with one having views to the sea.
Each bedroom benefits from an ensuite bath/shower room with luxury fixtures and fittings. The stylish and modern furnishings add subtle sophisticaton creating an atmoshpere of opulence and comfort. Behind the perimiter wall and wroguht iron railings at the front of the building there is a very sheltered gravelled patio that is in full sun for most of the day. The property provides garaged parking for one car approximately 5 minutes away and further parking can usually be found in the vicinity.

Local activities in and around Porthleven, South West
Porthleven is a thriving village popular with all ages and walks of life. Coastal paths from the village stretch back towards the Lizard with Penrose Walks leading you back past the infamous Loe Bar and Loe Pool. There is a great selection of places to eat and drink, with pasty shops, a modern tapas bar, fish restaurants and popular pubs to choose from. Fishing trips are available from the harbour and for those wishing to keep on dry land, beach fishing or crab lining is popular from the harbour walls. For the more energetic diving trips can be arranged from the village to search some of the local fishing wrecks. Porthleven is home to one of the most famous surfing spots in the south west. 'The Reef' featured in many magazines and films is popular with locals and some of the worlds best surfers, however is not for the novice as the waves breaks shallow over dangerous rocks.
