Awarded WTB 5 Stars in 2006, Tardys is an immaculate cottage on Conwy Marina in a quiet cul de sac opposite Conwy (Caenarvon) Golf Club (voted Welsh Club 2007), 2 minutes walk to a sandy beach and only a fifteen minute walk to the centre of historic Conwy with all the facilities and amenities for the holidaymaker.
The cottage is ideal for family and friends holidaying together as it is close to Golf Cottage and Pendragon - further details of which can be found at the end of this page.
This base is perfect to explore the beauty and tranquility of Snowdonia which is ideal for the seasoned hikers and general walkers alike. Similarly, it is also perfect for golfing holidays as Conwy Golf Club is opposite. Llandudno, Anglesey and Snowdonia are within easy reach.

Tardys, a marina cottage, is on the beautiful Conwy Marina and is in the ideal location to enjoy a holiday to remember.
The cottage is presented to a 5 star category and sleeps 4 persons and is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has all the modern facilities including dishwasher, washing/ dryer, oven and hob, fridge/freezer. The sitting room/dining room has dining table and chairs, two sofas (one is a sofa bed), Freeview TV, video, DVD and CD player with a selection of videos, DVD's and CD's. Internet access (£10 charge). Patio doors leads onto the enclosed patio with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor is also a wc with basin. To the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and wc. To the front of the cottage is a driveway and sufficient room for 2 vehicles.
There is something for everyone within easy reach, wonderful walks, climbing, beaches, castles, slate mines, golf and railways.
Rates are inclusive - no extra charge for gas, electric, pet, towel hire and no booking fees.

The cottage is a 20 minute drive to Holyhead in Anglesey where you can get the fast ferry (under 2 hours) to Dublin.
There are numerous quality Golf courses in the area and it is ideal for many pursuits such as Fishing, Waterskiing, Hanggliding, Paragliding, Swimming, Jetskiing, Windsurfing. Locally, in Llandudno there is a theatre and cinema complexes and a full array of quality shops and many amenities for the discerning eye. Also, it is a perfect location to explore the wonderful area of Snowdonia and surrounding areas. Historic Chester is within a 30 minute car journey also.
Please note one small dog is permitted in the cottage on the condition that they are not allowed on the furniture and are never left in the property unattended.

Rental Notes: Short breaks October to Easter. Credit cards accepted via Pay Pal (charge applicable) Discount on 2nd week. Change over day - Saturday, except for short breaks. From 3pm day of arrival to 10am day of departure.
Reservations by telephone or email, to check for availability. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable within 7 days, accompanied by a signed, completed booking form to confirm the reservation. On receipt of your booking form confirmation of the booking will be sent, together with your final account, which becomes due eight weeks before your holiday. One week prior to your holiday directions to the cottage, advice as to key arrangements will be forwarded.
It is marina policy that no motor homes, camper vans or commercial vans, boats or trailers are permitted to park on the marina overnight. No washing lines permitted.
Tardys is situated close to Pendragon (sleeps 6) and Golf Cottage (sleeps 4) should you wish to holiday with a larger group.
