Our superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa offers spacious luxury accommodation with all the comforts of home, and more. The Manor at West Haven is an exclusive gated community of just 57 larger than average homes, situated on one of the highest points in Central Florida – at the entrance you can even see the fireworks from nearby Walt Disney World. The villa's features include beautiful quality furnishings throughout, a large 30ft private heated pool with spa, games room, full air conditioning / heating, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed internet access and free telephone calls.
The spacious executive accommodation comprises: Relaxing Living Area with 32” TV with upgraded cable package, Playstation 2 and DVD player.
Large patio doors open from the living area onto the large Covered Lanai, ideal for al fresco dining, with luxurious loungers and patio furniture for relaxing by the large 30ft Screened Pool with 7ft Spa. A child safety screen is provided.
The fully equipped high quality Kitchen includes range cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster & coffee maker. There is a seperate Utility Area which includes a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. For dining there is a separate formal Dining Area with large slate top dining table, and in addition there is the Breakfast Nook with circular, slate top extendable table.
The garage has been converted into an "out of this world" space themed family Games Room, complete with 8ft quality pool table, air hockey, foosball table, TV and DVD player.
The spacious first Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and patio doors to the pool area. There is a large en-suite Bathroom with twin vanity units, large walk-in shower and roman tub. The second Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and patio doors to pool area. This also has an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units and walk-in shower. The Third and Fourth Bedrooms each have twin beds, cable TV and walk-in wardrobes. These share a third Bathroom, with bath and shower and access to the pool deck.

Local activities in and around Champions Gate, Florida
There is quick and easy access to all the major Orlando attractions. A large supermarket and other local shops and facilities are all less than a 5 minute drive away. There are many excellent golf courses nearby, with outstanding courses at Championsgate just 5 minutes away. The Manor at West Haven also includes a tennis court and children’s recreational area.
This is the Theme Park Capital of the world!
Access to all the attractions is quick and easy with Walt Disney World only a 15 minute drive away and Universal Studios just 30 minutes.
Beyond the Theme Parks there is a host of things to do. For example you can swim with dolphins or see some of natural Florida by taking an airboat ride on one of the local lakes or a horseback safari. Kennedy Space Center is a mere hour away or you can even take a trip to the beach, with both East and West coasts just an hour or so away.
There are many excellent golf courses nearby, with outstanding championship golf courses at ChampionsGate (designed by Greg Norman) just 5 minutes away.
Rental Notes: Pool heating is available at £95 per week.
There is an additional cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights. Minimum stay 4 nights.
Booking is subject to our full booking conditions. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
