Enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views of the Old Town and harbour and across to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos from the large, sunny, south facing terrace of this tastefully refurbished two bedroom apartment set in an elevated position. Sun bath in private, enjoy a meal al fresco or sip a cold glass of wine whilst watching the spectacular sun sets. It is no wonder we have a very high number of repeat guests.
Undoubtedly in the best position of the Old Town, just a short walk to the harbour and beaches, the attractive and well maintained complex has a heated swimming pool, pool bar and sun terraces and the reception from where guests can book car hire and excursions, access the Internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has English speaking staff.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped to a high standard, with satellite TV/DVD/Video in the lounge, which has direct access onto the large terrace which enjoys sunshine all day long and TV and video in the master bedroom, which also has direct access onto the terrace. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two singles.
The newly refurbished bathroom comprises WC, shower cubicle, basin in vanity unit which houses a washing machine. The recently refitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, conventional oven and hob and coffee maker.
The attractive and unusual feature interior garden enhances the luxurious feeling of this apartment.
Apartment C13 possibly occupies the best position on the complex in that as well as having a stunning sea view with a larger than average terrace, it is situated in the quietest part, away from the swimming pool and bar and just inside the security gates and being at the end of a row of bungalow apartments it only has one adjoining neighbour. It is light and airy and benefits from louvred security shutters so the apartment can be securely locked while you are out, whilst being aired.
We also own another apartment on the complex, B4, which is in close proximity an ideal for families wishing to holiday together.
