Suite B4 has been tastefully refurbished with attention to detail and is extensively equipped, two bedroom apartment set in an elevated position in the Old Town, commanding spectacular views of the harbour, mountains and across to Fuerteventura from a large, sunny terrace. Just a short walk to the harbour and beaches.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped to a very high standard, with satellite TV/DVD in the lounge, which has direct access onto the large terrace which enjoys sunshine all day long and TV/DVD in the double bedded master bedroom. This bedroom also has a safe. There is a twin bedded room and an additional foldaway bed for a fifth guest.
The newly refurbished bathroom comprises WC, corner entry shower cubicle and vanity unit with basin and the recently refitted kitchen has a granite breakfast bar and stalls, combi microwave oven and hob, refrigerator, coffee maker.
The attractive and unusual feature interior garden enhances the luxurious feeling of this apartment.
This apartment has a larger than average sunny terrace and being an end apartment it has only one adjoining neighbour and the 'A' apartment above. B4 also benefits from a convenient car parking space right outside the front door.

Rental Notes: Change over day is normally a Thursday, but owners can be flexible out of high season. Rental includes weekly maid service and mid-week towel change, all linen and towels (except beach towels).
Rates are for two adults or a family of 4 with children under 18. Cot and high chair can be arranged for a small extra cost. There is a supplement of £30 per week for each additional adult (over 18) and £30 for a fifth person of any age.
