Close to the delightful fishing village of Bogaz and only 20 minutes from the ancient town of Famagusta, set against the backdrop of the Besparmak mountains, this lovely 2 bedroom apartment is only 200 yards from the sea. Within 35 minutes from Erchan Airport and little over an hour from Larnaca, this is a perfect location to enjoy and explore the delights of one of the unspoiled jewels of the Mediterranean. Flights? easy jet now flying to Larnaca at great prices. If this apartment is booked i can offer nearly identical accommodation on the same complex for the same prices. With over 300 days of annual sunshine, Northern Cyprus is known for its long hot summers with short mild winters.
Boasting some of the best golden beaches on the island, you can enjoy long, lazy, days by the sea or sun soaked days by the 3 pools. Alternatively you can explore the very best of the Karpaz Peninsula.
This very well equipt fully air conditioned property is finished to a very high standard and is situated in undoubtedly the most tranquil and unspoilt region of this beautiful island. It has one double bedroom with full en suite including shower, and one twin bedroom. Both have fitted wardrobes and have open views to the Mountains. The family bathroom also has a shower.
The spacious lounge has double patio doors leading out onto the large terrace overlooking open fields to the sea. The terrace is furnished with a 6 seater table and chairs ideal for outside family dining. There are also 2 double sofa beds in the lounge, which can be used by either children or adults. Satellite TV. The modern well equiped kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a large George Forman Grill for those perfectly cooked steaks.
For your security there is a safe deposit box. The on site twenty four hour management team can offer you sound local advice on matters, such as good restaurants, shops, the best beaches, as well as being able to organise you sightseeing trips, boat trips, local car hire and taxis etc. There is a large Lemar supermarket located just outside the village. This small, quiet and private complex has 3 large free form pools, a toddler pool, a bar, restaurant, a games room a gym and sauna . All of these set amongst well maintained, landscaped Gardens. The nearest beach being only 200yards away.

Local activities in and around Bogaz, Northern Cyprus
.The beach club is perfectly situated to explore all the atractions of the area. The charming little village of Bogaz with its tradditional fish restaurants and cafes is just a short distance away. Here you can dine outside right by the waters edge. With stunning views of the Mediterranean, you are guaranteed a warm welcome as you sample a traditional meze meal of up to 15 courses of steaks, chicken, fish, kababs, meatballs, feta cheese, yoghurt, houmous, pittas, olives, salads and many other hot and cold delicacies of the region, eaten at a relaxed leisurley pace over a bottle of wine.
There is a Scuba Diving School in the nearby village and most water sports are available on several of the unspoilt sandy beaches close by. There is a secluded beach ideal for snorkeling just a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. A new 18 hole golf course has just opened and is a 45 minute drive from the apartment.
Just a few miles along the coast there are two casinos and numerous exellent restaurants to chose from. Nightlife; On the outskirts of Famagusta [20 minutes in a taxi] the Giant Garden Disco is a popular haunt for the youngsters. There are also several smaller music bars offering a wide range of entertainment a few miles along the coast.

The Ancient Old Town of Magosa [Famagusta]
Famagusta is like an outdoor museum, with so much historical interest concentrated with many museums,Saint Barnabas Monastery and Museum,Agion Ionnis Orthodox Church and Icon Museum to name but a few. Famagusta is very much the culture centre of the island and includes the University. A visit to othello's walled city, that was made legendary by Shakespeares play and Verdi s opera is a must.
The Beautiful Harbour in Girne [Kyrenia]
Famous for its resorts, beautiful seaside,restaurants shops and casinos, Kyenia is well worth a visit. The old harbour with it's array of restaurants on the quay is truly picturesque.
Lefkosa [Nicosia]
The capital of the northern part of the island with a population of around 150,000 is divided into Turkish and Greek sectors by a boundry known as the green line which runs through the City.With numerous shops and offices Nicosia is the main business and administration capital of the island.
The Bespermark Mountains
Take a drive through the mountains to the north of the island and see in the magnificent views.
St Hillarion Castle has been guarding the top of the Bespermark Mountains for well over a thousand years. Nowadays a breathless climb to the top provides breathtaking views of the northern coast. If you are going to tackle the climb to the top of the castle, do so well before the midday sun to avoid a hot and tiring journey.
Salamis Roman Ruins.
Situated about a 15 minute drive from Bogaz village these ancient ruins by the sea are well worth a visit.
Northern Coastline
The Nothern coastline is simply stunning with many interesting and secluded coves worth exploring.A short scenic drive from the apartment through traditional villages brings you to the Karpaz region. Here you will find deserted beaches with crystal clear blue waters with guaranteed seclusion.
Taking the coast road going east out of Famagusta the village of Bogaz is about a 20 minute drive. About a mile past Bogaz you turn right at the crossroads to sunrise beach club.
