Villa Papagayo is a modern recently refurbished villa, providing the very best facilities. The front of the property has a gated entrance, small garden and sun terrace with lovely views.
To the rear of the property there is a completely private sun trapped terrace, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. There are comfortable sun lounges, chairs and a table with the use of a BBQ. Also located on the rear sun terrace is what must be the villas key feature - an outdoor Jacuzzi. It's heated to approximately 37oC and provides a fantastic point of entertainment in the warm evenings here in Playa Blanca.

Patio doors lead into a spacious living area, which has been tastefully decorated with comfortable black leather sofas, contemporary furniture; satellite TV, music centre with CD/Radio cassette. There are also a few childrens games, books and "welcome" booklet in the villa.
The open plan kitchen with fantastic mountain views comes fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, crockery and glassware. There is a dinning table with 6 chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with lights, fitted wardrobes, safe, and ceiling fan. This leads to the ensuite shower room, vanity unit, toilet and walk in shower. A hair dryer is provided.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a vanity unit, bath with shower, toilet and bidet.
Finally the villa is located in the newly developed area of "Las Colorades" which is next to the Papagayo National Park and within a 10 minute walk of the world renowned "Papagayo Beaches". It is within easy walking distance of the new marina, which hosts some incredible scenery, shops, restaurants and bars.

Rental Notes: Rates shown are for upto 4 people: Please add £30.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 people.
A deposit of £100 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
