Three Bedroom Townhouse which sleeps six people in a listed building (old school) in Cults. It has its own entrance through a seated courtyard in a village location close to Aberdeen, Scotland, on the Gateway to Royal Deeside and the Cairngorm National Park. There is a garage and ample off street parking.
We also have another three bedroomed apartment which is modern and contemporary it also can sleep six people in the village of Peterculter just three miles along the same road from Cults Court on the gateway to Royal Deeside. This is another lovely village location yet still close to the City of Aberdeen with a direct bus route (every 15 mins) with ample off street parking.
All apartments are an easy drive to Aberdeen (10/15minutes)
We also have three two bedroomed apartments also in Millside, Peterculter which can sleep four people and we can add a foldaway bed, cot and high chair. All apartments include linen & towels, gas & electric and have ample off street parking
Cults Court has a large lounge with digital TV, video,DVD and Hi Fi. Next to the lounge is a fully fitted dining kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hob & oven & a microwave. Also on the ground floor there is a second cloakroom toilet. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed & two twin bedded double rooms. The bathroom benefits from a separate shower cubicle.
The property has a garage and off street parking in a lovely location but just off the main road where there is a bus route eastwards to Aberdeen City (4 miles) and westwards to Royal Deeside
The village of Cults is a west end suburb & has a large range of facilities from food & clothes shops, chemists, dry cleaners, a post office , off licenses, hairdressers, library with internet access, banks, video hire & three churches.
There is a hotel with restaurant, a fish and chip shop & a chinese take-away. There are many cycle tracks and walks along the old Deeside Railway line, several parks, a tennis club, bowling club and the Deeside Golf Club is nearby. A sports centre and artificial sking slope is also quite near in Garthdee. Two bus services run through and around the village eastwards to Aberdeen City with its vibrant night life and theatre, restaurants and clubs and shopping!! and westwards to Royal Deeside through Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater and onwards to Braemar to the Cairngorm National Park and of course the Great Whisky Trail!! However you want to enjoy yourself I'm sure you will have plenty to do!!
Millside is of modern design built in '92 and is very light and airy. Decorated on a similar theme to Cults Court, it is modern and contemporary. It has a large lounge with TV, DVD, Video, CD freeview and hi fi system. There is a six seater dining table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, washer dryer, oven/hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer and also a microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Cults Court has a Hotel & restaurant nearby in a village location with many local shops, two churches, a library with internet access , a chinese take away and fish & chip shop. There are many hairdressers, a beauty room and several clothing shops. It is next to the old deeside railway line with walks and cycle tracks, several parks, a tennis club, bowling club, and close to the Deeside Golf Club.
A sports centre and artificial sking slope is nearby. Close to Aberdeen and on the gateway to Royal Deeside.
Millside in Peterculter has a local church, several Bars & Restaurants including the upmarket Royal China and borsilinos (Italian), many shops and several supermarkets which are open late. It has a library with internet access and several hairdressers/beauty rooms, a local garage, Leisure Centre, a chinese take away and fish & chip shop. The Peterculter golf Club with bar and restaurant is nearby with the Aberdeen Petroeleum Club (Kippie Lodge) just on entering Culter.
On a historic note it has the statue of Rob Roy MacGregor just 200 yards from the property at the point he crossed the River Dee. There are many local walks, cycle tracks and it is very accessable to Royal Deeside with the next village of Banchory approximately 8 miles away. There are many local activities with the popular Culter parade and fair in the summer.
