Location: Situated at Pelynt 4½ miles from Looe (Echo beach), Polperro and the river Fowey estuary, and 3 miles from the sea. Tremaine Green is a beautiful hamlet of 11 traditional Cornish craftsman's cottages. Set in lovely award winning grounds with a warm friendly atmosphere Tremaine Green is a unique holiday venue. The mellow stone and slate roofed cottage is fully equipped with TV, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave etc.
Accommodation: The 1640's Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom property sleeping 6 (+2) in quality clean welcoming and cosy accommodation. With antique fourposter double bedroom, twin bedroom and Bunk room (2 full sized single beds). Bed linen, bath and tea towels are provided, ample car parking is available and there is a dishwashers and large fridge freezer. There are cots and highchairs available at no extra cost, free oil fired Central Heating from September to May and electric blankets. The cottage is doubleglazed with its original inglenook fireplace with old cloam bread oven and a woodbuning fire / stove.
Pets are welcome by arrangement and may bring well-trained owners with them.
Facilities: Local Village pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. Games Room with pool table, darts and table tennis. Putting course and other outdoor activities. All weather tennis court. Launderette. Payphone. Covered BBQ area. Evening meal service available. Resident owners.
