Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom two storey villa with magnificent views from terraces across the Mar Menor to the Mediterranean. All facilities - shops, supermarket, restaurants, golf, tennis and more - are within walking distance. There is a large communal pool which is only for use of the residents of Los Altos.
Golf and tennis are available at a discount.

We have refurbished the property and many of the furnishings are new. All rooms have been recently redecorated.
There is individual air conditioning and heating throughout.
The property has two terraces; a roof top sun terrace,and a large dining terrace with views of the sea and Club. The villa enjoys cooling breezes, but in view of a steep incline is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
The Los Altos villas, which were built in the 80s, benefit from being generously proportioned. Bedrooms are downstairs making them cooler at night.
All the facilities of the club are within walking distance, and tennis is only five minutes away. Golf is about 15 minutes' walk (two courses).

There are many facilties in and around La Manga club. The club is famous for these and offers a lot in a small area.
There are three excellent golf courses, and a first class tennis centre (the LTA winter training base), where there are also squash and bowls.
Bicycles can be hired and watersports can be booked on the Mar Menor (three miles away).
There are football and rugby courses.
There is childcare available and a range of activities for children.
There is a free bus service around the site.
There a cove within the complex for sea-bathing (bus or car essential).
There is a variety of local restaurants at various price levels within walking distance. A much larger selection can be reached by car.
