Marlynes 2 is a delightful garden studio apartment in central Cannes, one block from La Croisette and the famous beaches. On the ground floor sleeping 2-4 people with spectacular private, enclosed garden and canopied sun terrace & private parking.
The studio is in a very quiet, private gated road a few hundred yards from the Boulevard de la Croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both Palm Beach and Petit Plage as well as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and Post Office. The Palais du festival is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the A8 bus runs in a loop from your door along the Croisette and back again several times each hour.
The studio is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail with fully fitted American kitchen. Bathroom with shower over & 2nd kitchen area for outside entertaining. With TV, satellite for FTV UK channels, DVD player & even a hot and cold shower under a bay tree for those after beach showers too!
The studio is 27 sq/m and the garden adds a further 39 sq/m to your living space and allows you to eat out al fresco under the sun or stars! Although the centre of Cannes is very close, the hustle and bustle and traffic noise will not reach you here. The studio is in a lovely quiet block and set within an exclusive private road and is gated both ends so noisy traffic and motorbikes will not invade your space! You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday here. The airport bus brings you to the bus station in the old town at one end of la Croisette and then the A8 bus will take you along the beach front and drop you at the end of our road. All you need is on your doorstep, beaches and restaurants galore!! walk along the Croisette to the Palais du festivals for conference delegates!

The studio is so well located as in a few minutes yo are in the most wonderful Square where there several fabulous restaurants and bars and then you can walk along the beach front where again there are several delicious beachside restaurants. We are also very close to the Palais Du Congress so it is an ideal location for any conference delegates or Film festival visitors. Within a few minutes you can be sunbathing on the beach! Sailing, Eating Out, Swiming, Nightclubbing, Gambling, Shopping, Boules, Skiing, Watersports, Museums etc. All the wonderful attractions of central Cannes on your doorstep! Drive to the ski slopes in 1.5 hours or walk to the beach in 5 minutes max!! You can also take a boat to the islands and even take a ferry across the bay and enjoy a special day out in St. Tropez and avoid the drive! We are happy to give you as much information as possible when you book and there are several interesting web sites to help you plan your stay. The studio is so well located you cannot fail to enjoy your time here and with our beautiful and secluded garden it provides a most restful and relaxing place to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day!
