Villa Athena is a large luxury 3 Bedroom villa located on the hillside of Peyia Village in a picturesque area known as "Where the Gods Live" Close to Coral Bay, with breath taking panoramic views.
The nearest shops, tavernas and banks are a 3 minute drive away in the sleepy village of Peyia.
This villa is only 5 minutes drive away from Coral Bay with its sandy, award winning beach, and its bars, restaurants and shops. The historic and popular town of Paphos is only a fifteen minute drive, and a 20 minute drive the other way will take you to the world wide famous baths of "Aphrodite the Goddess of Love."
The sitting room is open plan and a features a marble fireplace, two large comfortable sofas with a large arm chair, coffee table and stand lamp. For nights in, there is a large television and DVD player. For the Children there is a PS 2 consol.
Five extra large patio doors give stunning views to the sea from inside, and open onto a patio and two balconys, The dining area has a glass dining table with six chairs, separated from the spacious kitchen by a breakfast bar. Oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs, one double with a shower room attached and two further twin bedded rooms sharing a bath shower room. Two of the bedrooms have large balconies with panoramic views all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. And all have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. There is a further batroom room downstairs.
The private pool and six person Jacuzzi is on a lower level directly below the sitting room Patio. The Jacuzzi is not integrated with the pool allowing a larger area for swimming with ample sun beds there is a BBQ area. The area surrounding the pool is crazy paved with a small flower bed at each end of the pool. We dont charge extra for air-conditioning or use of the Jacuzzi, Our rates are one of the lowest for this area. Car is Required for this location.

Local activities in and around Peyia Coral Bay, Southern Cyprus
Coral Bay itself is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, book-ended by a pair of headlands. It is home to a handful of top-notch hotels and the neighbouring marina looks set for completion in the near future. However, it's the glassy waters offshore that everyone comes for. While the sea is calm year-round, you'll find every conceivable activity.
You will find a good selection of bars and restaurants talk to fellow diners. Peyia Village is a family-friendly place.
Coral Bay is a great base for exploring the pristine coastline to the north, where a jigsaw of coves and inlets hide some of the best (and most isolated) beaches on the island. Don't expect to find much in the way of refreshments and pack a well-stocked picnic hamper and plenty of sun cream.
