This beautiful penthouse is set on the 5th floor, with lift, of a private enclosed holiday complex set in lovely manicured gardens within a few minutes walk of the beach. An exceptionally large private terrace offers truly amazing sea views towards the mountains of North Africa and Gibraltar.
The complex itself has two huge beautiful pools, one of them heated. Within the grounds there is also a children´s pool, paddling pool, toilet area, an aviary and a gym. In high season a poolside snack bar is open and entertainment is laid on twice weekly. You could not ask for better family facilities all within walking distance of your own front door.
The penthouse has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a main bathroom and second shower room. Linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
The large comfortably furnished lounge is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen satellite TV with a DVD and CD player showing the basic BBC and ITV channels. The patio doors of the lounge lead out onto the huge terrace, with 6 sunbeds, and a six seater table and a two seater table, and barbecue, which overlooks the sea as well as the beautiful gardens and pool.
The American style kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and microwave and a separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A trip to the nearest supermarket is within a five minute walk as are bars, restaurants, a taxi rank, and the bus service into Marbella and Fuengirola.
Whether you are looking for night life or a relaxing family holiday with plenty to keep the kids busy, this holiday complex has something for everyone. In the grounds you can use the Mini-Golf, Mini-Gym and one of the two Pool Tables which is next to the heated swimming pool. Instead of packing all your things up to go for lunch you can sit round the Bar and drink ice cold beer and enjoy a hot or cold meal, after you can work off your lunch by playing basket ball or a game of Mini-Golf then go back to swimming or sunbathing. What more could you want from your holiday. Toilets are also in the grounds so you don·t have to keep going up to the apartment all the time. Whether you are a couple, or with friends or have children, this apartment has something for everyone. Once you have been here, you will definately want to return.

Although on the 5th floor there is a lift and a wheelchair may be alright but it does depend on the width of the chair as to whether it can go through the door or not.

In addition to sight-seeing, local activities include: swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis (the Lew Hoad Tennis Club is very near), walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions.
Marbella town and the “millionaires” port of Puerto Banus with their boutiques, restaurants and famous morning markets are only a 15 minute drive away.
Fuengirola with its shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, go-karting and Aquapark is just a 12 minute car drive along the sea front and the quaint and pretty mountain village of Mijas Pueblo famous for its donkeys, winding narrow cobble streets and wonderful restaurants is but a 12 minute drive inland.
Gibraltar, Rhonda, Seville, Granada, Nerja, El Churro and the mountains of the Sierra Nevada as well as the marshlands with flamingoes and other bird life are but some of the places worth visiting and all are easily reached by car from the villa.
Cabopino has to be one of the Costa del Sol’s best kept secrets with its beautiful sandy beaches and a variety of renowned restaurants in a picturesque and romantic setting on the harbour. If you can tear yourself away from your private terrace you can be there within five minutes!
Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos.
