A lovely tastefully furnished loft apt. located on a quiet block in Manhattan's trendiest area (Tribeca), known as designers row. Also now the center of New York's art and film industry. Wide cobblestone streets in this historic district make walking a pleasure. Can comfortably acommodate 1 couple+ 2 younger children or 3 adults. It consists of a comfortable studio with two separate sleeping areas. One sleeping area has 1 queen bed and in a second smaller sleeping area is a bunkbed unit with 2 single beds in it, one over the other, as well as a double sofabed in living area. Living room/dining room, kitchen and large tiled modern bath with tub/shower and all basic toiletries,paper products, towels, hairdryer provided. The apartment is air conditioned, about 900 sq. ft. and has 12' 6" ceiling. It has cable TV, washer/dryer and high speed internet access(included), provided for your convenience. There is a gym nearby.
In the heart of Tribeca, New York's film industry center,with many films shot here on location. Near Tribeca Film Festival. Express subway and bus one block away, 10 minutes to midtown shopping, Broadway theater, Lincoln Center, Javits Center, art museums. There is grocery, gourmet shopping within walking, distance. The neighborhood is extremely safe /family friendly, with frequent taxis on corner.

The downtown Tribeca location is ideal: One of New York's hottest most desirable areas. This landmarked historic district with cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and shopping of Soho and the great 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca. A short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Chelsea and Greenwich Village and 4 blocks from the Hudson River Park, where there are miles of uninterrupted biking and jogging paths along the waterfront that go all the way uptown, as well as several lovely waterfront parks, including Chelsea Piers. Many art galleries, lovely designer stores with a real neighborhood feel. Much local celeb spotting, as this is a downtown working film area, with many films being shot on location nearby.
Hudson River Park is a wide pedestrian walkway that goes all the way uptown along the river with much sport activity and is very child friendly, with tennis and sand volleyball courts, mini golf, bike rentals, rollerblading, batting cages and a trapeze school. Great sunsets/views. Subway and bus is one block away. Grocery, gourmet/health food shopping within walking, distance. Family friendly. The neighborhood is extremely safe, with frequent taxis.
