Depending on the length of the stay, a minimum 50$ booking deposit shall be paid net of any bank charges before confirmation of your booking can be done.
Deposit equivelant to 3 days rate shall be paid upon arrival and daily rate shall be settled everyday.
All deposits will be refunded on departure if no demage to the house or fittings or furniture or/and no intentional abuse of utilities causing huge bills are made by the guests.
