Hippisley Hut is a perfect place for one or two families to enjoy a holiday or short break. It is located within minutes of the coast and is close to many of the attractions that make North Norfolk such a popular holiday destination. Although it sleeps 11, the house is not designed for 11 adults. The maximum it can comfortably hold is 8/7 adults and 3/4 children.

The accommodation consists of the following.
Downstairs: Entrance hall with doorway into kids room/TV room. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer and large electric oven and hob. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of seating around the kitchen table. Off the kitchen is the sitting room with TV and views out to the garden. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom and a separate w.c.
Upstairs: Here there is a double and 2 twin rooms and a further single bedroom and a bathroom. The rooms are all bright and comfortable and one of the twin rooms has full length widows on 2 walls making a perfect place to enjoy the views. The garden is enclosed and has a large wooden playhouse for the children.

Local activities in and around Hunstanton, East of England
North Norfolk embraces around 400 square miles at the far eastern tip of England. Its coastline stretches for 43 miles and much of it is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The diverse landscape includes wide sandy beaches, pine forests, saltmarshes and mudflats and as the seasons change the countryside takes on very different qualities.
The area is famous for its long, white sandy beaches such as those at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster - the setting for pop videos, movies and lots of happy family days out. The wide beaches are washed by safe shallow waters and are perfect for sunbathers, swimmers and those looking for plenty of space to play.
As you drive along the North Norfolk coast road you are bound to discover your own favourite beach. North Norfolk has some wonderful and picturesque towns and villages which are perfect for a day out.
The Peddars Way is probably one of the most famous paths in the UK. It starts from Thetford and as it approaches the coast at Holme next the Sea it becomes the Norfolk Coast Path. The route runs all the way to Cromer but there are several optional detours on the way. Walking along the path is a wonderful way to see the North Norfolk countryside from a different perspective.
