Surrounded by pine forest and set on the hillside, this luxury villa offers privacy and seclusion in it's large garden. The villa is on the edge of a small complex named Club Rosmarin which overlooks the millionaire's playground of Gocek and it's bay and marinas.
The up and coming town of Gocek still retains its village atmosphere. Relax with a walk along the seafront with the coastal hills rising all around on one side and the turquoise bay filled yachts large and small on the other. Gocek is peaceful and exclusive, frequented by yachtsmen and celebrities alike. There are many interesting restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The shops range from those selling tourist trinkets to smart boutiques to jewellry shops and grocers all jostling together.
Club Rosmarin has everything to offer that you would expect from a five star complex. The large (265 sq metres) freshwater swimmming pool with adjoining childrens pool is equipped with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. Alongside is the pool bar and restaurant serving drinks, snacks and light meals. There is an air conditioned games room with table tennis and a small library of books and board games.
The Villa is ideally situated for visits to many areas of interest including Fethiye, Olu Deniz, Kayakoy, Dalyan and the many archaeological sites of Lycia.

Local activities in and around Gocek, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Gocek sea front is only a 25 minute walk away from Club Rosmarin.
Gocek is fabulous place to take a trip on a gulet around the twelve picturesque islands to swim or take lunch in the many coves and islands set in the bay. Sit in one of the many waterside bars and cafes and take lunch ongside millionaire yachtsmen and celebs!. The nearest public beaches are at Inlice and Katranci. Inlici has grey sand and is five minutes by car or Dolmus or 1 hour walk away. Katranci has fine yellow sand and has sunbeds and a restaurant and is 15 minutes drive or taxi ride away.
Fethiye is a bustling resort town 30 minutes drive or Dolmus ride from Gocek. The fresh fish market is where you can buy your fish and at an adjacent cafe have it cooked and served with salad and a drink at a verry reasonable price. The massive Tuesday market is highly recommended not just for shopping but to experience the sights, smells and sounds of Turkey and have a Borek for lunch.
Dalyan a pretty little riverside town 60 minutes drive away. Take a river cruise to see the freshwater turtles, take the mud baths, see the Caunus and other historical site and finally bathe in the sea on a super sandy beach.
Olu Deniz and KayaKoy- Combine the paragliding heaven and a swim in the famous blue lagoon of Olo Deniz wih a visit to the deserted greek village-40 minutes drive away from Gocek.
Visit the many historical sites of the Xanthos valley, Xanthos, Patara, Tlos, to name a few! Combine archaeology with a tour through the beautiful turkish countryside or try gorge walking at Saklikent.
Gocek is an excellent base for touring the region with Pamukale, Ephasus, Kas and Marmaris and Rhodes within easy reach. A short cheap internal flight makes Istanbul and Turkey your oyster.
