This luxury two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located within the El Campanario complex in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
Ideally situated surrounded by some of the finest golf courses this area has to offer and just a stones throw from the ever popular Puerto Banus. El Campanario has a 9 hole golf course, tennis, and paddle tennis courts, and is close to local amenities including restaurants, bars, bank and supermarket.
The apartment is extremely spacious at 150m2, and sleeps 4-6.

The Apartment has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio door access to the terrace. The apartment is furnished with a luxury and modern feel, and has a very spacious living and dining area.
The fully fitted kitchen benefits from electrical cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment is air conditioned througout and both bathrooms have underfloor heating. El Campanario also benefits from 24 hour security and electric gates.
The nearest airport is Malaga and is 45 minute drive away. (Although Gibraltar is also an option.) We would recommend hiring a car for your stay, although is not essential if you are not planning to explore any of the area during your stay.
We can arrange hassle free competitive car hire for you, and remove the need for endless queuing and paperwork at the airport. Alternatively we can arrange for a private driver to pick you up from the airport instead.

Local activities in and around San Pedro, Costa del Sol - Malaga
If you are looking to not venture very far from the apartment he Diana Commercial centre is just a few minutes walk away offers a selection of restaurants, bars and shops, including a supermarket and newsagent and bookmakers! There is also a bank very close close by.
San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Benahavis are all approx 5-10 minute drive and are definitely recommended for an evening meal or shopping spree. The beach at Puerto Banus is also excellent and has the added benefits of all the towns facilities right next to the beach.
Marbella and Estepona are also nearby and only a 15 minute drive away.
If you wish to venture slightly further afield for a day trip then Rhonda or Gibralta are approx a 45 minute drive away.

This is ideal for honing your short game prior to heading out to the many high quality 18 hole courses in the vicinity. There are around 40 of the best golf courses Spain has to offer within about a 45 minute drive, including Guadalmina and Valderrama.

The apartment will be fully cleaned to a high standard priory to your arrival. Stays of 10 or more will have a maid service mid way through. An additional daily maid service can be available on request.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before your stay.
A €300 refundable security deposit for damages and breakages will be required on your arrival at the apartment.
