Situated on the Southern Costa Blanca, forty minutes south of Alicante and twenty minutes from the Inland city of Murcia. Miraflores V is located five minutes from Villamartin Golf course and Plaza, ten minutes from the beach at La Zenia, Orihuela Costa. Many other beaches, golf courses and attractions are all within a short drive.
Both bedrooms have twin beds and bult-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an ensuite, both bathrooms are finished in marble.
The lounge and dinning area is spacious and furnished to a high standard where you will find a double and single sofa beds. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a very large terrace which has the sun all day. The apartment has access to two large pools, one of which is situated behind the apartment.
The lounge includes a TV, DVD, CD with Sky TV. Off the dinning area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.The apartment is air conditioned. A full cleaning service is available.
The apartment is ideally situated for beaches and champion golf courses nearby which makes it a must for golfers, families and beachlovers. Only ten minutes by foot and two by car is the popular and well established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops to suit all. A ten minute drive from the apartment is the lovely beach at La Zenia which offers watersports. There are several beaches all within a short drive. For the children and the big kids you will find theme park and water parks within a thirty minute drive. Ko-karts are a must which can be found within a fifteen minute drive.
Villamartin is one of four golf courses situated within a fifteen minute drive. The others are Las Ramblas, La Finca, and Campoamor this is a golfer's paradise.

The apartment is situated close to Villamartin Plaza. There is an excellent road network, which will take you to Torrevieja, a fifteen minute drive. Also within easy distances are the towns of Benidorm, la Manga, Alicante,Murcia, the beach resorts of La Zenia, Playa Flamencia, Cabo Roig, Guardamar are nearby.
There are excellent bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area, plus three championship golf courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campormor. A lively area in which to thoroughly enjoy yourself.
There is an abundance of shops and of particular interest are markets held everyday of the week in the towns and villages of the area. The towns of Rojales and Almoradi are charming rural towns where you can shop and have a drink or tapas and enjoy yourself in the sunshine.
For those of you who like to combine a beach holiday with a rural setting and also golf this apartment is ideally located. You can book a boat trip to the tiny island of Tabarca, well worth a visit. For the shoppers amongst you why not visit the cities of Alicante and Murcia where you can shop till you drop.

£100 pounds deposit is required upon booking plus £100 security deposit. The balance of rental must be made six weeks prior to arrival. The £100 security deposit will be repaid to you on return of the keys and subject to the apartment being left in good condition.
The apartment is cleaned and supplied with fresh bed linen and towels(not beach/pool towels) prior to your arrival.
For stays longer than one week we can arrange for the apartment to be cleaned mid-stay for a fee of £40,
Check in time after 3pm, and apartment must be vacated by 11am on departure date(to allow for cleaning), unless otherwise agreed.
