Nestling right in the heart of southern Spain’s most popular golfing area it also has miles of beautiful beaches and sits right below the picturesque white villages of Andalucia.

The house lies within the new development of “La Villas” which has a spacious pool area and is within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The development of "La Villa" has recently been completed in 2005 and occupies a prime location above the old fishing village of Alcaidesa. Situated on the slopes overlooking the Alcaidesa Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea the views are superb. A small cluster of shops in the old village centre services the development whilst the town of La Linea is only 5 Km away where major super-stores and commercial outlets are readily accessible.

The village of Alcaidesa boasts two excellent restaurants for that special night out and, if informality is your preference, the village provides a delightful al fresco bar/cafe experience at modest prices. A little further afield, the beautiful harbour at Sotogrande a few Kms to the east provides a wide range of shops and restaurants in the delightful harbour setting. In addition, La Linea's newly restored town centre provides a variety of delighful shopping and dining opportunities to suit all tastes.

The beach at Alcaidesa boasts a stunning 4 Km length of soft sand with safe bathing in the warm Mediterranean Sea only a short walk from the house. During the summer months a range of water-sports are available on the beach along with seasonal bars and cafes. For the water-sports enthusiast, the secluded, sandy bay of Alcaidesa will provide everything you will ever need for a great holiday.

The Costa del Sol has come to be known as the Costa del Golf in recent years. The traditional things that have benefited the typical tourist over the last four decades have also to some extent caused an increase in the amount of people that come to the Costa del Sol to play golf. The climate and the long hours of sunshine provide a perfect opportunity in which to practise the sport and each year the clubs and courses are visited by an ever increasing number of enthusiasts and professionals. The long hours of sunshine that the Costa del Sol receives has established the region as firm favourite amongst golf aficionados.

A cleaning service is provided prior to, and at the end of, each letting period ensuring that the house is spick and span when you arrive.

Change-over days are flexible allowing you a wide choice of your arrival airport and flight. Gibraltar is only 8 Km away and Malaga an hour and a half's drive on the newly opened Euro-route. A hire car is an essential to enjoy the richness of the local area and you will find no problem in finding a good value deal at either Malaga or Gibraltar. One tip - if arriving at Gibraltar, arrange for your hire car to be picked up in La Linea on the Spanish side of the border to minimise delays.

Deposit of 25% on booking with balance to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday (100% if within 8 weeks of start of holiday). Breakages deposit of £150 added to holiday costs to be refunded on return.

Long-term lets and lets outside the dates shown are available and rates and terms can be negotiated with the owners.
