The apartment has been very tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It has two full bathrooms, both with windows. A double bed in the master bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom. It has good sea views from the balcany.
The property is in a good location being only a few minutes drive to the main local amenities (easy walking distance to some shops and bars), beach etc, or it is nice just to lounge by the pool. It offers very good value for money whether it be a family holiday or somewhere peaceful to unwind.

The complex is situated in a small quiet urbanisation in the higher part of Riveria. Nearby is the well known Miraflores golf course with the club house only a couple of minutes away. Even closer is the Miraflores Academy whose facilities include a floodlit driving range and putting green. Other sporting facilities such as tennis courts and health clubs are also very close by.
There is a large selection of bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The local beach is also close by with alternative resorts at La Cala and Cabopino just a few minutes to the east and west respectively.
The lively resort of Fuengirola can be reached within 10 minutes and if you wish to mix with the jet set in Puerto Banus, this can be reached within 20 minutes.
Other local attractions include the zoo in Fuengirola, the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, the Aquapark in Mijas and there is a wide selection of historical towns and villages to visit. To take advantage of duty free shopping, and to visit a piece of Britain in Spain, there is Gibraltar which can be reached in around one hour (day trip can be organised).
