Only 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport, you will find this wonderful villa/house, (can sleep 8) which is just a relaxing 10 minutes walk from stunning beaches, through the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.
The superb Blue Flag Beaches have restaurants & huts, which provide sunbeds, towels, snacks, drinks and ices & never seem overcrowded. You can walk along the beach to Vale do Lobo where again you will find stunning beaches & wonderful restaurants, large communal pool, tremendous golf courses & a fantastic tennis academy & further along or a 15 minutes drive, is Villamoura which has a lovely square marina, where you can book sailing, fishing & dolphin watching trips.
There are clothes boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants a small casino & club. Albufiera is also close by with great nightlife as is Quinta do Lago.for restuarants. Everything is close to Vale do Garrao for either a sporty, busy, quiet or a mixture of them all, type of holiday, the choice is yours.
The house is on three levels, upstairs being on split level & is beautifully furnished with fully fitted kitchen, dining lounge, bar area & has two double ensuite bedrooms with balconies.
The back garden is private, within safe & secure walls & locking gate, own pool 6m x 3m, has a salt water filtration system, BBQ & overlooking a lush park surrounded with trees, at the far end is a communal pool & tennis courts, not visible from villa. There is also another communal pool just around the corner at Xenia.
The front of the house has a terrace behind an extremely pretty garden & wall, with steps down from the peaceful road & lovely houses of the private Vale do Garrao Estate. This private road takes you towards the nature reserve & beach. The front terrace along with the twin bedroom balcony, get the first of the early morning sun, which is lovely for breakfast. Both the front & back gardens get the sun all day long, fading at the front at about 5pm but staying at the back till late evening, making sun bathing available all day, the pool a lovely temperature & eating al fresco a treat. Wood Burning Fire & wall radiators.
You can sit under the terrace balcony or the parasol if wishing to be in the shade but still be outside in the warmth or on the lower terrace at the far end of the pool, where the sun is all day from early am till late pm. There is also parking at front and back.
The lounge has all the home from home amenities you would want, Satellite TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, Log Fire (if required in cooler months, aircon hot/cold & super radiators), dining table for six, bar area, stools, two seater sofa, good ,3 seater sofabed, downstairs cloakroom, patio doors leading on to terrace and garden.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom/shower rooms, the main bedroom has a TV, both bedrooms have balconys and the main bedroom balcony overlooks the tree filled park, where in the evening you can hear the gentle flow of the sea.

Local activities in and around Vale Do Garrao, Central Algarve
Close to Blue Flag beaches (10 minute walk through Ria Formosa Nature Park) sea sports, sailing trips, fishing, golf, tennis academy, horse riding, safari, nature reserve walks, cycling, fishing, go karting, mini golf etc, etc all within 15 minutes walk or drive.
There is also a lovely little town with a supermarket, shops, restaurants and if needing some retail therapy there is also a superb mall with a fantastic supermarket at Faro and another in Albufiera both 15/20 minutes drive away and open till 10pm.
Golf/tennis enthusiasts, go to Vale do Lobo 15 minutes walk, with fantastic golf courses and a tremendous tennis academy and restaurants at the Praca for lunch and evening meals, all of which serve the most delicious food and in the evening there is light live entertainment in the middle of the Praca, which is superb for children as there is no traffic and the Praca overlooks the sea.
For the nighthawks there is a nightclub, which goes on until the wee small hours. If requiring some very lively nightlife but not to be on top of it all the time, 15/20 minutes drive away, is the buzzing Albufiera and Villamoura resorts.
There is a beautiful 5 star hotel close by with gym, beauty and spa rooms which can be used, booking and payment is at the hotel.
Close by there is also a vineyard owned by Sir Cliff Richard and for fans of his, or fans of superb red wine, you can visit, have a guided tour and have a taste and if the man himself is around he often has a drink with you.
Sprinkled around the area, are plenty excellent restaurants, having the name of being the best in the Algarve.
There are also plenty of pretty little fishing villages dotted around to visit, with lots of history attached to them, normally with markets on certain days, well worth a visit.
Lisbon a 2 hour train ride away, takes you through some of the lovliest scenery and is worthy of a trip (not expensive) and 2 hours in the other direction, across the border, is Seville.

Rental Notes: There is maid service weekly (daily - at a small extra cost), agent on hand if there are any problems, change over times are flexible. Garden and pool upkeep every week. Rates for short term winter lets can be negotiated.
You can register your child at the kindegarten - Ria Garden Hotel, for the mornings, should you wish, for the duration of your stay at a very small cost. Babysitters are also available on request.
A deposit of £150 non-returnable will be required to confrim booking, with the balance to pay 8 weeks before your stay, together with a damage waiver of £100 which is returnable on your return, providing the house after being checked by the agent as soon as you depart, has no damage or breakages and is in satisfactory condition.
We can arrange taxi collection from airprot, cots, high chairs, a welcome pack if you require, all at a small extra cost.
If booking during the winter months we can negotiate a price, which will include extra for heating if required.
