Beautifully presented, bright, newly renovated frontline apartment in a most sought after location. It has two large terraces with stunning sea and marina views. Lovely gardens complete with three swimming pools, a private gate opens directly onto the promenade and beach. Superb location only 10 minutes stroll from Orange Square and the Old Town, the shops, boutiques, wonderful nightlife and restaurants which Marbella is so justly famous for.
The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The twin bedroom has its own large terrace. Large bright sittingroom / diningroom. with skyTV,DVD etc. We know you will enjoy this spacious well presented apartment as we have had 99% repeat bookings. We are delighted that everyone has loved staying here so much they have returned and recommended us to thier friends and family.
This well established property is in a fantastic most sought after location .... on the beachfront , the garden opens directly onto the Promenade with a wide selection of beach front restaurants, beach bars and beach beds for hire and yet its only 10 mins. walk to the Old Town and Orange Square. The front terrace has super views out to sea, or look down the coast towards Puerto Banus where you have the luxury yachts, lively bars and restaurants, designer boutiques etc.
Golf courses: there are a selection within easy reach immediate.

We have had another marvellous holiday in your beautiful apartment. It was like coming "home" we love the gorgeous views and spent many happy hours watching the sunset while having dinner on the terrace. We stayed in Marbella many times before but would not consider staying anywhere else as it is always spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Thank you Iverna, we will be back again as soon as we can. TF. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and we could not fault it. It is exactly as described, really clean and comfortable (even the beds and this is unusual in rentals!) We found the owner very professional and easy to deal with, we got prompt replies to our emails and clear directions to the property. We will certainly return and would recommend it to anyone we know looking for an excellent place to stay. JC.
