A nice break for summer or winter months. Ideal for golfing or just relaxing. A 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a newly built complex with unique water features, in the lovely Spanish village of Algorfa. Views over village sports park and orange groves to distant mountains. The apartment is located only 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports where a car can be hired.
The new La Finca golf course is 5 mins away. There are 4 others within easy driving distance. Guardamar with its 8 beaches and marina is very popular. There are many other beaches including La Marina and La Zenia, with Blue Flag status.
Secure parking is provided in an underground car park with lift access to all levels of the apartment block. There is a communal swimming pool, plus larger municipal pool opposite during summer.
The village is friendly and relaxing. A variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks all within a short walk.
The nearest town is Almoradi - approx 3 kms. Torrievieja is 20 mins drive away where there are beaches, hypermarkets, bowling, cinemas, Go Karting and an open air shopping mall 'Las Habaneras'.
The apartment is fully equipped for both summer and winter months, offering satellite TV so that guests can watch their favourite TV programmes. There is also a DVD player with selection of films and a portable stereo/CD player. The living/dining area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities.
There are 2 bedrooms - a double with orange groves and mountain views and a twin facing across the apartment complex to the communal pool. There is also a double sofa bed for an extra 2 people. Bedding is supplied. The bathroom has a bath/shower, basin with vanity unit, bidet and w.c. There is a standard continental power point and a hairdryer is provided. There is a safe installed for security of personal possessions.
The balcony has a patio set with four chairs plus two padded sunbeds. The sun is on the balcony from approx midday till sunset, where guests can enjoy an evening meal with a glass of wine. There is also a small terrace outside the front door with views out to the complex/swimming pool.
The park opposite has football pitches, tennis courts, basketball and children’s play area. Just a short walk to the village square where holidaymakers can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the new English bar or relax throughout the day in one of the many other bars. There are pleasant walks through the orange groves or take a visit to the renowned church just outside Algorfa.
There are many markets around the area most days and plenty of things to do for all the family, as well as scenic trips such as a visit to 'Guadalest' based high in the mountains about 25km inland from Benidorm plus Rebate - 20 mins away - famous for its restaurant.

There are 5 Golf Courses within easy reach:
La Finca (higly recommended) - approx 5 mins drive from the apartment and the newest course.
La Marquesa - situated in Ciudad Quesada amongst residential properties - approx 15 mins drive
Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas - all within easy reach of each other and about 20 mins drive
Further afield, just north west of Murcia is another course - Altorreal.
During the summer months in particular the village is a hive of activity with many of the villagers having parties/barbecues in the streets. There are many places to go within driving distance for nightlife - restaurants, street markets etc of Guardamar and Torrevieja. Family entertainment includes bowling, go karts and water parks all based within easy driving distance. There is horseriding at Torremendo - approx 20 mins drive away and also near San Miguel
Terra Mitica
Terra Mitica Theme Park is situated near Benidorm, approx 1 hours drive and is fun for all the family.
This Safari Park is located off the Santa Pola motorway near Elche, It has many species of animals such as elephants, giraffes, tigers, lions, primates etc. It also has an Aquuarium and Reptile House.
Aquopolis Water Park
Based in Torrevieja. Attractions for all the family with river rapids, kamikaze slides, water slides, hydro massage and wave machines.
Based just off the N332 in Santa Pola. 20 different attractions for all the family including boating lake, bouncy castles, rides, games arcade, tropical garden and mini golf. There are also several places to eat, ice-cream shops and waffle stands.

Damage deposit of £100 required on final payment - refundable after agent checks the apartment. Changeover day is flexible, as is times, dependant on other bookings. A fee of 40 euros is payable to agent on arrival for cleaning, fresh linen & towels for 4 people. An extra 10 euros will be charged for each additional person up to 6.
