Villa Eber is a new villa situated 2,5km from the beach and Albufeira centre and consists of 3 separate rental units : 3 air conditioned apartments, two 2 bedroom apartments and one 1 bedroom apartment. It enjoys superb location in a very quiet country area but only 5 minutes drive from the best sandy beaches of the region and capital of tourism in the Algarve - the town of Albufeira.

Air conditioned first floor 1 bedroom apartment. The 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa and has a spacious bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobe. The patio doors from the bedroom open to a large balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the countryside. In the distance you can even see the sea!
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic top hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle , toaster and cutlery. The spacious living room has TV, CD/DVD, safe, sofa bed making a possibility to sleep an extra person and patio doors opening to another smaller balcony overlooking the garden.
The apartment has air conditioning which can also be used for heating in the winter. Sleeps 2-3pax. Maid service 3 times per week.

Algarve is a region renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sport facilities. It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Its mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months. February sees the start of the spring and its warm in October. Villa Eber is only a few minutes by drive from the centre of Albufeira which is a major tourist resort with all facilities. The old town which perches on the cliff top overlooking the beach retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores ( Fisherman's beach)
Golf Information: There are currently 25 courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villa, some only 10 minutes. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Villa Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. Whatever you level of skills or dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve.
Children: There are many attractions for children like water parks and crazy golf. In Zoomarine you can even swim with the dolphins.
Car Hire: For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered to the villa. Payment for the car is only required on arrival.
Taxi Transfer: We can also make arrangements for a transfer from Faro Airport to Villa Eber. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The cost is from €31.00 for up to 4pax ( about £24.50 ) and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Entertaining and educational oceanographic facility with all kinds of amusement, bars, restaurants, shops and swimming pool. You can book to swim with the dolphins !

Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
