This Grade II listed property, built in 1642, is a conversion of what was originally the old shippen barn to the main farmhouse and linked cottages, one of which is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
Located in Devon, voted the most beautiful county in England by the Country Life Magazine, this cottage is within easy reach of breathtaking coastal walks, museums, potteries, railway, zoo, honey farm, cider making, glass blowing and even a gnome reserve!
The cottage is full of charm with exposed beamed ceilings, wooden floors, thick wooden latch doors and white washed walls, yet offers all modern conveniences.
