This bungalow lies in the popular Limeslade area. It is about a 15 minute walk into the Mumbles and there is easy access to the beautiful coastal path between Limeslade and Langland Bay. The location of this bungalow is second to none in terms of exploring the local area. There is the beautiful Gower peninsular, lovely beaches and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants in Mumbles. The City of Swansea is also just a short journey away where there is a wide range of facilities.

This is a two bedroom bungalow comprising of a double and twin bedroom,bathroom and kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room which means the property can sleep up to six people. There is a comfortable settee and two armchairs in the living room. The facilities available include a TV and a DVD player. The newly fitted kitchen includes a cooker with hob,oven,grill and extractor fan. There is also a fridge,freezer,microwave and washing machine at the property. The bathroom includes a bath and electric shower. The bungalow is heated by portable radiators.
The property has recently been refurbished. I have just finished installing a new bathroom. There is also a newly fitted kitchen as well as new flooring throughout the bungalow and new pvc windows The bungalow has also been fully re-decorated. I also have freeview at the property which offers a wide range of channels. There is ample parking available opposite the bungalow. The bungalow is ideal for families and groups of people visiting the area.
Activities in the Mumbles and surrounding area include surfing, sailing, canoeing, fishing, golf, tennis, walking, climbing, horse riding.

This property is ideally located for holidaymakers who wish to explore the Mumbles,Swansea and the Gower peninsular. There is the mumbles pier, amusements and many watersports on offer in the area. These include jet skiing, windsurfing, sailing, boat trips and sea fishing. There is also a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Swansea is located 4 miles east of Mumbles. This is a large city with all the facilities available that you would expect. These include a cinema, theatre, shops, restaurants and bars. There is also Swansea marina.
The Gower peninsular is well known for its beautiful beaches and lovely countryside. The beaches are some of the best in the UK for surfing. The area is also fantastic for walking.

The bungalow must be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. New arrivals may arrive at the property after 2pm on the day of arrival.
Short breaks are available.
There is an additional pet charge of £10.00 per pet per week.
